“How to Support Your Child Musically in the Home”

Please join us for an evening with Sheila Johns as she shares what we can do as parents to support our children musically and answers questions related to musical ability, singing vs. listening to CD’s. developmentally appropriate ages to begin learning a musical instrument, and the importance of quiet in the home, among other topics.

Piano Accompanying Performance, University of Southern California; MM, Piano Performance, Wichita State University; 3 year training in lyre and music out of anthroposophy, Concordia Anthroposophic Music Study Course; 4 year training in anthroposophic music therapy, The Dorion School of Music Therapy, 3 year training in anthroposophic singing therapy, The School for Uncovering the Voice; President, Lyre Association of North America.
