Potomac Crescent Waldorf School actively seeks avenues to increase revenue through means other than tuition. Our annual Fall Festival is currently our main fundraising vehicle and we will be holding a Winter Dessert and Dancing Event in early 2007 to raise funds for the school. In addition, the school is pursuing grants from foundations supporting Waldorf education, will be launching a grocery store fundraising program this fall, and has just launched a monthly giving program, where steady, dependable support can be given through monthly checking account deductions (for more details, click here). Whatever the amount of your gift, we are deeply grateful for each expression of support. Monetary donations are also welcome and appreciated. |

Grocery Store Savings Card Programs

Potomac Crescent Waldorf School now enjoys the benefits of several grocery store fundraising programs. You can link your grocery store savings card for Harris Teeter, Giant Food, and Safeway to our school. Each store varies how much they contribute, but all of it is significant to us. We urge you to sign up, and for you to urge grandparents and friends to do likewise. This is one of the most cost-efficient ways to increase our revenues without decreasing yours!

The Harris Teeter Together in Education Program runs from August 2006 until May 31, 2007. Harris Teeter donates a percentage of purchases of Harris Teeter products to schools. Each fall shoppers must relink their Harris Teeter VIC cards to the school of their choice.

The Safeway Club Card for Education Program runs from Oct. 1, 2006 through May 31, 2007. It is managed by Escrip.
